Superfood Recipe: Garlic, Purple Sweet Potato & Manuka Honey

I love to eat superfoods because they are high vibration goodies that feed your physical body, your soul, and your life force.

What is high vibration or high frequency foods?

When in its natural state, plant-based food has a measurement of electrical energy that is present in all-natural living things. This bioelectricity found in living things is measured in hertz. Processed foods, genetically modified foods, and canned foods have zero bioelectricity. Whereas fresh produce and fresh herbs carry bioelectrical charges of up to 15 hertz for produce and anywhere from 12-27 hertz for herbs. These foods tend to be alkaline in nature and the energy of these foods can increase your bioelectrical output otherwise known as your life force.

Garlic is the edible bulb from a plant in the lily family. Garlic is traditionally used for health purposes in medicine by people in many parts of the world.

Among other things, garlic is promoted as a dietary supplement for conditions related to the heart and blood vessels, including high blood cholesterol and high blood pressure. This superfood also has antiviral, antifungal, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory properties. Where some antibiotics may become less affective over time, garlic maintains its strength and is considered a great addition to your diet.

Fresh garlic, garlic powder, and garlic oil are used to flavor foods. Spicy in taste and pungent in smell yet deeply tasteful, adding another layer of deliciousness to your dishes.
